Tests and Results
For prescription queries please press 1 when ringing 01492 533800, the line is open between 10.30am - 12.00pm and 2.30pm to 5.00pm. For test results and follow up queries please phone anytime during the day. Repeat prescription requests will not be taken over the phone and will take 72 hours to process.
