The Practice has adopted a Zero Tolerance policy to protect its doctors and staff. This policy, used throughout the NHS, applies to anyone visiting the practice that harass or are abusive or show violence towards a doctor or member of staff. Such behaviour will be reported to the police and the individual may subsequently be prosecuted. Additionally the individual may be removed from the practice list.
